This Privacy Policy explains how TAMLabs by Orca Labs (“TAMLabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information. TAMLabs is provided as an Excel add-in and is designed to run entirely within the user’s own Excel environment.
TAMLabs does not send the contents of your Excel workbooks, worksheets, or cells to Orca Labs or to any external server controlled by Orca Labs. All calculations and analysis using your account-level data occur locally within your Excel workbook on your device or within your own Microsoft 365 environment.
We do not collect, store, or receive:
Customer names or account lists from your workbook
Revenue, pricing, or pipeline information from your workbook
Any other business, financial, or personal data you enter into Excel when using TAMLabs
TAMLabs uses company information derived from publicly available sources, including filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and similar public disclosures. This data is used solely to support market sizing and analysis within your workbook.
We do not combine this public data with identifiable personal information about you or your customers.
Because TAMLabs does not collect your workbook data, we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share your workbook contents with third parties.
If you contact Orca Labs directly, for example by email or a support form, we may use the contact details you provide only to respond to your inquiry and maintain basic business records such as your name, email address, and message.
Since TAMLabs runs within your own Excel and Microsoft 365 environment, you remain responsible for managing access to your workbooks and files, applying appropriate security and access controls within your organization, and ensuring that any data you choose to analyze with TAMLabs is handled in accordance with your own policies and applicable law.
Orca Labs does not have access to your tenant, workbooks, or underlying data through TAMLabs.
TAMLabs is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or business changes. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page.
If changes materially affect how we describe data handling for TAMLabs, we will take reasonable steps to inform users.
